- C&C provides a one stop shop for it’ s customers. They manage all of your “outside” collection and asset management responsibilities and become an extension of your back room office. Why utilize several recovery agencies when you can assign everything to one that can service the entire country at the same flat rate. No more wasting time trying to locate a recovery agency or going through the process of determining the good from the bad. Are you tired of trying to get a detailed condition report and good photographs of your equipment? Tired of the buyer knowing more about your repossessed asset than you do? C&C recognizes that the value of your collateral is determined by its condition. That's why they use only experienced equipment mechanics to inspect your repossessed or off-lease equipment. Their detailed condition report with digital photographs is included with each repossession at no additional cost. It contains a repair estimate and current auction values to assist in your pricing. They are consistent in the manner in which they report the results. No more trying to decipher a hand written report. C&C can remarket your equipment and maximize your return quickly by utilizing the best advertising options available in conjunction with our network of vendors and end users. C&C personnel have been active in the finance and leasing industry since 1974 and have over 30 years of experience repossessing, inspecting, appraising and remarketing a wide variety of commercial assets. They offer this fast, responsive service in all 50 states and Canada. Their expertise is focused on, but not limited to, the following types of collateral: construction equipment, logging, trucks, trailers, buses, forklifts, above ground mining equipment, machine tools, agricultural equipment, hearses, limos, aggregate, golf course management, office equipment and medical equipment.

- Name: Guy Whiteman
- Title: President
- Guy Whiteman has almost 40 years experience in all aspects of asset management, commercial collections, and account litigation. He has directed over 100 personnel on portfolios as large as $2 billion. He has a solid background in collections, repossessions, equipment valuation and remarketing, inspections and appraisals. His back room experience ranges from small to large ticket transactions, commercial installment lending to floorplan financing and SBA loans. He has experience with all collateral types: construction equipment, logging, trucks, trailers, buses, medical, machine tools, agricultural, automotive, and aircraft. Guy was honorably discharged from the US Army, Military Intelligence, in March of 1974. Seven months later he started in the finance business in West Chester, PA. with Commercial Credit Equipment Corporation as a Field Adjuster, collecting/repossessing construction equipment, aircraft, and agricultural accounts throughout a 6-state area in the Northeast during the recession of the ‘70s. His 95% success rate got him noticed as an individual that could be relied on to get the job done and he quickly progressed through a variety of assignments until given overall responsibility for all of the company’s collections in Detroit, MI. Here he was responsible for a staff of 35 collection personnel consisting of telephone collectors, field collectors, and a “work out” unit handling repossessions, remarketing, bankruptcies, replevins, and recovery of bad debt on a $500 million portfolio of construction, logging, agricultural equipment and aircraft. In 1985 Control Data Corporation divested itself of Commercial Credit Equipment Corporation. Associates Commercial purchased the $200 million aircraft portfolio and offered Guy a position in Chicago managing the aircraft collection department. While there he reduced and maintained delinquency, repossessed and remarketed both fixed wing and rotor aircraft, and mitigated losses. He reduced delinquency from 8% to 2% in 30 days while training a new staff with no aviation experience. He also directed a liquidation department to recover and re market $20 million of construction and logging equipment from several office closings along the gulf coast. He recovered and liquidated $20 million in assets in 5 months (13 months ahead of plan). His team had no prior experience in commercial finance. In 1987 he accepted a position as Collection Manager with Textron Financial Corporation’s Vendor Finance Division, in Providence, RI. While there he held the following positions: Assistant Vice President Collections for the Vendor and Floorplan Divisions, Assistant Vice President Group Collections (all divisions including Commercial Finance and Aircraft) and Vice President Division Manager of Asset Management. During his 12 years with TFC they relocated him several times from Rhode Island to Minneapolis and back to Rhode Island with a two year special assignment in Detroit. In 1999 he founded C&C Asset Management, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL. to satisfy the need of several finance companies who needed independent, third party collateral inspections done on their off lease and repossessed equipment. He now offers this fast, responsive service in all 50 states and Canada! His expertise is focused on, but not limited to, the following types of collateral: construction equipment, logging, trucks, trailers, buses, above ground mining, machine tools, agricultural equipment, hearses, limos, aggregate, golf course management , aircraft, RV’s, office equipment, and much more. He also provides a full compliment of services to include certified appraisals, equipment recovery and remarketing.
