  • Richard has been with us from the start. As President, he has ultimate responsibility for strategic direction, enabling commerce, and growing the business. He operates the business with a very specific goal in mind: ensure that our clients, employees, vendors, and service providers experience “WOW!” every time they interact with our team and our service platforms. For 13 years prior to joining the company Richard held a variety of executive and management consulting positions. He received his Bachelor’s degree from St. Anselm College.
