Bio:  Mr. Taylor began his career with the Prudential Assurance Company in the City of London in 1966. Since then he has held posts with European Leasing Companies, been a deputy Chief Executive in Regional Government and led international consultancy teams in Eastern and Western Europe, Africa, and North America.
For the past 20 years he has been a senior manager with computer software and consultancy companies, specializing in providing services to financial institutions.
These institutions include Canadian Financial System specialists, Geac Computers, Insurance and Financial Software specialists, Mysis Group, and APAK Group, where he headed up the ASSET Finance Product Division from 1994, and the North American Company through to 2007.
Mr. Taylor was educated in England at Cambridge and London Universities and holds degrees in Psychology and Information Science.

Bio:  Mr. Cumby has over 20 years of IT and senior management experience, developing and architecting software solutions currently in everyday use throughout the Financial Services industry.
Mr. Cumby founded BrokerWare, Inc, in 1993, developing the successful “BrokerTrac” and “Isis” software systems for the leasing brokers industry. In 2001, BrokerWare was acquired by Cyence International, Inc. and he became Chief Architect of “ExpressOS” and “ExpressCS” as well as General Manager of US Operations. Mr. Cumby formed FinanceEdge Software, LLC, in 2006 and was Chief Architect of “Edge”, the premier front end originations and workflow system for the equipment finance industry. Following the acquisition of FinanceEdge in 2008 by Constellation Software, Inc., Mr. Cumby became the Chief Architect for Constellation Financing Systems.
Mr. Cumby graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Science.

Bio:  Mr. Moher has 50 years experience in the leasing industry and is the acknowledged expert in tax legislation relating to the purchase or financing of capital assets in Canada.
For over 30 years, Mr. Moher worked for Continental Bank/IAC Limited. He held increasing responsibility in management positions throughout the company, including systems, product development, research, documentation and many areas of leasing administration and development
