Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. (OTCBB: SRCO) today announced that the City of Cambridge, Ohio has become the fifth municipality in the state of Ohio, and the latest jurisdiction in the country to become a participant in Sparta’s continually growing Municipal Lease Program.
