In this newly created client relations sales role, Edwards will be

partners by demonstrating a strategic focus, providing analytics and
offering a consultative approach. She will also be tasked with retaining
and growing LeasePlan’s manufacturer relations programs through increased
service penetration, greater dealership participation and adding
manufacturer partners.
“Carolyn brings a distinctive set of skills to this position. During her
four years as director of operations, vehicle acquisition, she successfully
forged strong relationships with our manufacturer partners that make her a
perfect fit for this new role,” said Bryan Steele, senior vice president,

In her 20 years at LeasePlan, Edwards has served in a wide variety of
critical positions, allowing her to gain knowledge in multiple key aspects
of the business. In her most recent role as director of operations, vehicle
acquisition, she managed the factory ordering, upfitting, stock and

in which she oversaw the account managers of all strategic accounts and
served as a key contact for clients.
Edwards’ 27 years of experience in the industry also includes working on
the dealership side of the business where she served as a customer service
manager and service manager. This experience gives her valuable insight
into the manufacturer side of the business.

Management (WIFM), a group that brings together “like minded” people in the
industry and serves as a resource for female leaders in fleet positions.
She is also a member of NAFA Fleet Management Association, Automotive Fleet
